Starting with the Fornax ’T 900 ovens, the ovens for the railway industry are a good example of how, based on customer wishes and our own experience, Fornax has modified our well-known ovens to be integrated into a completely different process.
The furnaces for the railway industry operate at a temperature of up to 250 ° C and are designed to process train wheels and brake discs, so that these can subsequently be mounted and, when cooled, clamped to a shaft.
These ovens come with a special trolley for loading the heavy items into the ovens and unloading after heat treatment.
